We’ll cover:
The nuts and bolts of first foods
Feeding toddlers right through to teens
Lunchboxes (not just for young people!)
Nutrition to support growth, learning and development
Building a healthy relationship with food
Looking after yourself while caring for and feeding everyone else
Supper and some physical smidges of wisdom to take home with you.
Wednesday 29 July, 6.30-8.30pm, WestREAP Hokitika.
Payment structure:
Everyone receives the same workshop experience. Evidence based nutrition education should be accessible and also sustainable to provide.
Guidance:
Community: For families where finances are a little tighter just now (holidays are off the cards)
Standard: Standard price (holidays within NZ are in reach)
Pay it forward: For those in a position to contribute a little extra and help make these workshops more accessible for others (overseas holidays planned or taken in last 12 months)
